    코치와 선수의 영향력을 통해 예수 그리스도에 의해 변화된 세상을 보는 것.

  • Mission (미션)

    모든 코치와 선수가 예수 그리스도와 그의 교회와의 관계 가운데 성장하도록 이끄는 것. 


    To lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.

Values (가치)

우리의 관계는 예수 그리스도와 그의 말씀을 향한 신실한 충성을 정직, 섬김, 팀워크, 탁월함으로 나타낼 것입니다.


Our relationships will demonstrate steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word  through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence.

  • Integrity 정직 (잠 11:3)

    우리는 그리스도와 같은 온전함을 개인적으로나 공개적으로나 보여줍니다.


    We will demonstrate Christ-like wholeness, privately and publicly.

  • Serving 섬김 (요 13:1-17)

    우리는 예수그리스도의 섬김의 본을 따릅니다.


    We will model Jesus’ example of serving.

  • Teamwork 팀워크 (빌 2:1-4)

    우리는 우리의 모든 관계에서 그리스도 안에 하나됨을 보여줍니다.


    We will express our unity in Christ in all our relationships.

  • Excellence 탁월함 (골 3:23-24)

    우리는 우리가 하는 모든 일에서 하나님을 영화롭게 하고 그분께 영광을 올려드립니다.


    We will honor and glorify God in all we do.

Strategy

FCA가 성장함에 따라, 우리는 코치 및 선수들과 관계맺기, 훈련하기, 위임하기의 방법을 통해, 그들이 그리스도를 알아가고 그리스도 안에서 성장하며 그들 또한 다른 사람들을 동일하게 이끄는 그리스도의 제자가 될 수 있도록 힘쓸 것입니다.


We seek to make disciples through our strategy of engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same.

  • 관계맺기 Engage (살전 2:8)

    우리는 코치와 선수들에게 진실된 삶과 복음을 나눔으로 깊은 관계를 맺습니다.


    We engage coaches and athletes through genuine relationships sharing our lives and the Gospel.

  • 훈련하기 Equip (엡 4:12)

    우리는 코치와 선수들이 하나님의 말씀 안에서 성장하도록 훈련시킵니다.


    We equip coaches and athletes to grow in Christ through God’s Word.

  • 위임하기 Empower (딤후 2:2)

    우리는 코치와 선수들이 또 다른 이들과 관계맺고, 훈련시키는 제자가 되도록 위임합니다.
